Gordon Walters graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2010. A native east coaster, Gordon is originally from Princeton, New Jersey. He received a B.A. in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland, College Park, where he also received a citation from the College Park Scholars Program.

As a law student Gordon participated in several Moot Court competitions and was a member of the Intellectual Property Legal Association, as well as the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Gordon worked as a law clerk with the civil litigation firm Rockwood & Noziska LLP, where he gained experience in construction defect litigation, insurance litigation and corporate law.

Gordon is a member of the State Bar of California, American Bar Association, and the San Diego County Bar Association.
