Team EG&H unites to help end hunger!

On May 4th our firm officially began our fight to help end hunger by participating in the Feeding America San Diego (FASD) Food from the Bar competition, a countywide competition in which we will compete against other local San Diego law firms to see who can make the biggest impact to overrule hunger.

The competition runs May 4th thru May 29th and our goal is to raise $7,500 and a total of 100,000 points.

There are three ways that “Team EG&H” can earn points—by donating funds (10pts per dollar), food (1pt per pound) and volunteer time (5pts per hour) —and we invite you to get involved however you can to support this effort and take a stand against hunger today!

EG&H Exhibit Booth Receives 1st Place at CACM Law Seminar & Expo

The initial theme for this year’s expo, “Hall of Heroes” initially had us stumped. We didn’t want to be just like everyone else… As a firm, we stand out with our professionalism. As an exhibitor, we wanted to stand out for our creativity in recognizing our entire EG&H team while recognizing the true efforts put forth in community association management.

What we came up with was pulled together with the details… “Managers are our heroes for fighting the front lines of HOA fire prevention… and, all of us at EG&H are here to help!” Not only did we have an eye-catching display but everyone enjoyed the photo opp with our bear and the goodies as well.

Supporting our Marines: Care Packages Requested by Desert Cities First Marine Division Association

In response to an urgent request from the Desert Cities First Marine Division Association, in June 2014, the attorneys and staff of Epsten gathered donations of needed items for a battalion of Marines deployed in Afghanistan.  “Your care packages were well received and greatly appreciated,” says Battalion Commander, Lt. Col. Seth Yost. “They certainly get used, as they disappear quickly from the area they are placed, with access to all the Marines of the battalion.”
