Jacquelyn (Jackie) Quinn joined Epsten, APC’s transactional practice in 2019. She is a seasoned corporate counsel specializing in day-to-day legal matters for common interest developments. Her legal expertise includes interpreting and enforcing governing documents, contract drafting and negotiation, accessory dwelling unit laws and dispute resolution.

Prior to Epsten, Jackie’s practice focused on complex civil litigation, which Jackie credits to her ability to guide clients through difficult legal disputes in a comprehensible and straightforward manner. Jackie brings both a thoughtful and strategic approach to her work and prioritizes providing clients with clear guidance and practical solutions to challenging matters.

Jackie has spoken at a number of CAI-SD’s educational events and addresses topics such as CID election laws and accessory dwelling unit laws impacting CIDs. Jackie also regularly speaks at Epsten, APC’s educational programs for community managers and board members and has delivered several keynote presentations regarding annual updates in CID legislation and other laws.

After graduating from the University of California, Davis with a bachelor’s in psychology, Jackie worked for an executive coaching organization for corporate business leaders, which sparked her interest in pursuing a legal career. Jackie went on to earn a law degree from Boston University School of Law and later returned to her hometown of San Diego where she has practiced since 2016.
