Epsten, APC is pleased to announce that Pejman D. Kharrazian, a shareholder of the firm, has been named Chair of its Litigation Department effective September 1, 2026. He’s been the acting Interim Litigation Department Co-Chair since March 2026.
“Pejman will work closely with the firm’s attorneys to support effective legal strategies and maintain the high level of service our clients have come to expect,” said Kieran J. Purcell, Esq., CCAL, Managing Shareholder. “We are pleased to have him lead our Litigation Department and look forward to its continued strength and growth of the practice under his leadership.”
Pejman represents community associations throughout the litigation process, from pre-litigation evaluation and strategy through discovery, dispositive motions, mediation, trial, and appeal. He regularly advises boards and management regarding litigation strategy, risk assessment, including the associated practical and financial considerations.
His practice includes complex disputes between associations and homeowners, as well as claims involving contractors, vendors, developers, management companies, neighboring properties, government entities, and other third parties. Pejman takes a practical and strategic approach to disputes while remaining focused on achieving his clients’ objectives.
