Overview
Alexis Pomush comes to Epsten, APC, from the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office with substantial courtroom, jury, and bench trial experience. She has tried numerous jury trials, and spent hundreds of hours in courtrooms all over San Diego County. Alexis also coached high school mock trial teams in San Diego County.Alexis obtained her J.D. from UC Hasting’s College of the Law in 2016 after graduating cum laude. She was a member of the Constitutional Law Quarterly journal, and active member of both the Moot Court Competition Team, and Criminal Law Society. During law school, Alexis externed for the honorable Chief Justice Tani G. Cantil-Sakauye of the California Supreme Court, interned for the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office, and served as a Post-Bar Law Clerk for the San Diego City Attorney’s Office.
Prior to law school, Alexis obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology/Criminal Justice from Sonoma State University in 2013, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

In her free time you can find Alexis at the zoo or aquarium with her daughter and husband, cooking a new recipe from her many cookbooks, enjoying a bottle of wine, or walking her two dachshunds around her neighborhood.
Christina spends her free time hosting family and friends (she takes pride in her charcuterie boards) and hops on a flight nearly every chance she gets! Her favorite part about traveling is learning about different cultures through connecting with new people and trying new foods. 
When not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife and son. On most weekends, you can find me and my family at the San Diego Zoo, Safari Park, the Fleet Science Center, Legoland, Sea World, or at a library or bookstore. Other times, you can find me shuttling my son to or from soccer games, swim class, piano practice, or hip hop classes.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two young kids. Most weekends you can find us at the beach, the San Diego Zoo, or New Children’s Museum. If I’m off mom-duty you can find me at a yoga or Orange Theory class or holding a pint of a local IPA. Sometimes the IPA sneaks its way into mom-duty too…did you know the Zoo has a great beer selection?
